Use a wrench to turn the bolt that keeps the negative battery cable attached. Evidently the alarm shuts off the ignition system, so you have no spark. Car won't start after removing alarm.

Car won't start after removing old alarm wiring! Most likely the alarm used a relay to interrupt power to the starter/ignition/fuel pump to disable the car so it couldn’t be started. Last time it started once you put it into gear and tried to take off it seemed the car was trying to kill the electric portion of the car.

If it’s a factory alarm, then you’ve got more to do to actually remove the system (or you could just put it back, and fix it). Then they shut the car off. Car wont start, system operation system arms 5 seconds after switching ignition off.
